How To Get There:

After a 50-minute flight from Panama City you will arrive at Bocas del Toro archipelago. Once at the local airstrip you will go to the pier and take a water taxi for an eight-minute boat ride through the crystal Waters of the Caribbean to the enchanted Eclypse de Mar Acqua-Lodge on Bastimentos Island.

Eclypse de Mar offers 2 standard rooms, 4 Eclypse Bungalows and 2 Bungalow Suites.
The rooms are smaller than the bungalows and located within the main building. They feature a full size bed, ceiling fan, private bath with hot water and a balcony over the sea.
The Bungalows are fully equipped for up to four people. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, the other with two twin size beds. Both rooms are connected to a private terrace with access to the water. Each Bungalow has ceiling fans and a private bathroom with hot shower and filtered water. There are also glass windows on the floor from where you can see the marine life under your feet.
The Bungalow Suites were built at a privileged location offering a very private and exclusive stay at the lodge. Additionally they feature a unique horizon view on the best sunsets of the archipelago. One of the spacious rooms offers a King size bed and a large bathroom whereas the second room is a relaxing living room with sofa and glass table. The rooms are also connected by a private terrace with direct access to the sea.

At Eclypse de Mar a continental breakfast will be served over the sea (included in room rate). Lunch and dinner are either offered at the hotels restaurant surrounded by a warm and tropical atmosphere or - if you prefer a local restaurant and the lively village atmosphere - water taxis can take you to Bastimentos ($1) or Bocas del Toro ($3) all the time.

Enjoy the experience to live in an unspoiled environment and feel the amazing Nature around you. Visit the paths, corridors and beautiful lagoons through the rain forest and observe two different kinds of sloths, tropical birds, iguanas, raccoons, tiny frogs and butterflies in their natural habitat.
