The hotel is located on the slopes of Barú Volcano, at the beautiful Town of Volcán on the way to Río Sereno. Just 54 km away from Enrique Malek Airport in David and 495 km from Panama City it is surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation at an altitude of 1750 m above sea level.
The hotel offers a total of 18 rooms - 14 standard and 4 suites, and two houses with a total capacity of 44 beds. Each of the double rooms is equipped with two double beds. There is a queen size bed, a sofa - bed and a balcony in each suite; and one double bed and a bunk bed in both triple. Every room has a private bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The hotel also has rooms with a capacity for 40 people in shared rooms as well as rooms for disabled. For groups and businesses special packages and rates are available.

The Estrella Volcanera Restaurant serves an exquisite variety of national and international dishes, with specialty on the Italian cuisine. In addition, the hotel offers the popular pizza restaurant with the most extensive variety of pizza-style "Dos Ríos". At the Barriles bar clients can relax and taste national and imported drinks.
Hotel Dos Ríos has approximately 40 years. Its name comes from a hotel that existed in Boquete which was surrounded by two rivers, whose facilities were swept away in 1970 and which now has been remodeled as a whole, considering access for disabled persons, as well as special facilities for some of the rooms.
