Boquete : White Water Kayaking

This is an awesome introduction to the sport of whitewater kayaking. You will learn about paddling gear and boats, basic paddling technique and river safety. The first half of the day is spent on flat water learning technique. The second half is spent on a class II section of river where you will get up close and personal with some whitewater!
