Panama City : Soberanía National Park & Camino de las Cruces

In the early morning you break up to the Soberanía National Park. There you will walk a part of the famous track “Camino de Cruces” that connects the Pacific to the Atlantic coast. This historical trail was once used by merchants, slaves, european explorers and gold seekers. In the morning you will enjoy a nice and fresh climate in the forest and have the opportunity to observe many different species of plants and animals. The Soberania National Park is part of a biological corridor that goes all the way from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore you will observe many birds, mammals and reptiles.
Please wear hiking shoes, long pants and a hat and don't forget to bring a camera, sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent and water.
